This is a pricing guide ONLY and subject to change. A signed rental agreement AND deposit is required for ALL events.

Above rates include inside tables, chairs, basic setup, take down and use of the kitchen. Insurance purchased on renters behalf & 3 hours Security provided by Monroe City Police Officers

**PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW - NOT INCLUDED IN ABOVE RATES**.

Table & chair set-up is also available in the patio area for an additional $50. (seating for 30) 

Basic linens, Arch & Columns also available for rent for additional charge

 $500 Deposit required along with signed contract to secure a booking

Above rates do not apply to Holidays. Please call for Holiday rates
